COVID-19 Shipping Update:

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all postal services are facing delays and the shipping times to all countries have been affected.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for CANADA shipping,
INTERNATIONAL & USA shipping can be up to 3 months but there is no guarantee.


Please allow 5-10 days to process and ship your order! 

We use Canada post UNTRACKED to ship all orders, please email me at for tracked shipping prices.

Customs Fees & Taxes 

Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and customs fees, or any other local postal requirements at your destination country. All charges must be paid by the buyers, we will not refund any shipping fees for packages returned due to unpaid customs fee. 

Lost or Damaged Items 

Once we have handed over your package to the post office, we are no longer in control of what happens next. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges 

All sales are final and not eligible for cancellations, exchanges or refunds once payment has been settled. Refunds will not be made in case of mail lost in transit by postal services, but please contact me if there are any issues. Thank you for your understanding!

Returned Packages: 

Please make sure to check your address before purchasing.

If your package has returned to us due to wrong address or other issues, you will have to pay for the additional shipping fee and we will ship it back out to you within the 5-10 days.
